This Return & Refund Policy applies to customers located in the European Union and complies with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by email at:

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened

  • Original packaging intact

  • All seals, labels, and inserts intact

  • Suitable for resale

For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or used skincare and personal care products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery.

3. Products Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed personal care or cosmetic products that were unsealed after delivery

  • Products opened or used for hygiene or safety reasons

If a product arrives damaged or defective, this exemption does not apply (see Section 8).

4. How to Notify Us of Withdrawal

To withdraw from your purchase, please send us an email including:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product name(s)

  • Date of receipt

  • Clear statement of withdrawal

A withdrawal form is not mandatory, but it may be used if you prefer.

5. Return Address

Once your withdrawal request is confirmed, we will provide you with the correct return address for your order.

Please do not send products back without prior confirmation, as return addresses may vary depending on fulfillment location.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

7. Refund Amount

If the return complies with this policy:

  • We will refund the full product price

  • We will also refund the standard delivery fee paid for the original order

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable

If the product shows handling beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and function, a value reduction (depreciation) may be applied, as permitted by EU law.

8. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of:

    • receiving the returned product, or

    • receiving proof that the product has been sent back

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until one of the above conditions is met.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Keep all original packaging until the case is resolved

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.

10. Gift Orders

If an order was marked as a gift:

  • The right of withdrawal still applies

  • Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

11. Business Purchases (B2B)

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to consumers.
Purchases made by companies or legal entities are subject to individual contractual terms and are not covered by consumer withdrawal rights unless otherwise agreed.
